Intake Team
Let the CATS Intake Team work with callers wanting to join your agency programs. They can collect all necessary information while putting your prospects on the road to becoming your customers. This information will then be relayed to your staff to complete the process.
Information Team
CATS Information Team is available to accept your phone calls and offer basic information, including status of service, or to relay messages to your staff and departments. They can serve as a conduit for agency information such as locations, phone numbers and hours.
Verification Team
The CATS Verification Team is available to ensure that all aspects of the application have been completed and the application is ready to be verified. Once verified, the applicant becomes a client and is ready to accept your agency services.
Authorizations Team
The Authorizations Team is available to process your company authorizations for payment. When the Request for Service form is completed by your staff, this Team will submit the authorization to the vendor, and to the Payment Verifier.
Financial Tracking Team
The Financial Tracking Team includes the Payment Verifier, who will accept authorizations and manage the payment process. After the vendor receives payment, the Payment Verifier logs the payment information into the system with scanned receipts for tracking purposes.
Application Screening Team
Application Screening entails communicating with callers to collect and verify specific information, to include any type of upload or additional needed information. This Team will stay in touch with the applicant or caller to ensure completion of the application.
